i-D Magazine has failed to command our attention for quite some time. To be exact, the last time the London-based publication piqued our interest was when North West made the cover – a whole three years ago. The Bedford Media-owned title is set to fall under the control of Steff Yotka. For his final issue as editor, Thom Bettridge enlists none other than Gisele Bündchen as an i-D Magazine cover girl for the Fall 2026 issue. The Brazilian bombshell teams up with the photographer Collier Schorr for the occasion, with Clare Byrne reporting for styling duties. Against a white studio backdrop, Gisele flashes the magazine’s signature wink in the portrait shot, wearing a jacket from Aritzia, shorts from R&M Leathers, and shirt from Polo Ralph Lauren.
Gisele Bündchen on the Cover of i-D Magazine Fall 2026
Read below the reactions of theFashionSpot’s forum members:
“Not even Gisele can save Schorr’s photography,” declared Melancholybaby immediately upon checking out the cover.
So bad…” MaraPiovani sighed.
“It couldn’t be more boring if they tried,” remarked WAVES.
“What is that wink on the actual cover? She looks so awkward, which is not something I ever associate with Gisele,” forum member marsnoop2 pointed out.
MModa commented: “Gisele and Collier (Schorr) are a bad match. The cover is proof.”
“Gisele will always make me go weak at the knees, but even I can admit that this cover/story just ain’t it. I don’t mind the cover image itself, but the art direction leaves a whole lot to be desired. Very amateur,” voiced vogue28.
